Memoline（下称"本应用"或"我们"）是一款以时间线为呈现形式的私人日记应用。你可以沿时间轴记录属于自己的生活轨迹——所见所感、日常琐事、重要时刻，也可邀请你信任的人，共同记录同一本日记。
本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、存储与保护，以及你拥有的权利。使用 Memoline 即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。
2. 我们收集的信息
2.1 你主动提供的信息

- 通讯录
- 相册内容（你主动添加到日记中的图片除外）
- 广告 SDK 与第三方广告追踪
- 用于向你投放广告的用户画像
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供核心服务：存储与同步你的日记内容、多端同步、多人共同书写同一本日记（"共创日记"）
- 身份验证：登录、邮箱验证、找回密码
- 客户支持：处理你的反馈与问题
- 改进产品：基于崩溃日志与匿名聚合的使用情况优化稳定性
- 履行法律义务：响应合法合规要求
4. 数据存储与安全
4.1 存储位置
你的数据存储于云端服务器（机房位于新加坡），全程 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输，服务器端静态加密存储。
4.2 安全模型（重要）
Memoline 采用社交媒体级安全模型：数据在云端由我们保管，并受严格的访问控制保护。我们仅在有明确必要（如你主动联系客服排查问题）且获得你授权的情况下访问你的内容，并记录访问日志。
4.3 共创日记的特殊说明
当你创建一本共创日记、或邀请他人加入时，所有成员都能读、也都能写其中的内容。你们一起写它，请只邀请你信任的人。
5. 信息的对外提供
我们绝不出售、出租你的个人信息。仅在以下情形对外提供：
- 共创日记本内的其他成员（按你的邀请与设置）
- 云服务提供商（仅为托管与处理数据，受保密协议约束）
- 法律要求，或保护我们与用户权益所必需时

7. 儿童隐私
Memoline 面向成年人使用。我们不会故意收集 13 周岁（或你所在司法辖区规定的更高年龄）以下儿童的个人信息。如发现误收集，请立即联系我们删除。
8. 国际用户（GDPR / CCPA）
- 欧盟用户（GDPR）：你有权访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携带及反对处理。你的数据可能被传输至你所在司法辖区之外，我们将以适当保障措施（如标准合同条款）保护之。
- 加州用户（CCPA）：你有权询问我们收集的信息类别、请求删除、选择不出售个人信息。我们不出售个人信息。
9. 政策更新
本政策可能随产品与法律要求更新。重大变更将通过应用内通知或邮件告知。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。

1. Introduction
Memoline ("the App", "we") is a personal journaling app presented as a timeline. You record your life on it — what you saw, what you felt, the days in between. You can also invite people you trust to write the same journal with you.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use, store and protect your information, and the rights you have. By using Memoline you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide

- Your photo library, except the images you choose to add to a journal
- Advertising SDKs or third-party ad tracking
- Advertising profiles about you
3. How we use information
- Core service — store and sync your entries across devices, and let you write a journal with other people (a "co-written journal")
- Authentication — sign-in, email verification, password recovery
- Support — handle your feedback and issues
- Improvement — fix crashes and improve stability, using aggregated anonymous data
- Legal — respond to lawful requests
4. Storage and security
4.1 Where data lives
Your data is stored on cloud servers located in Singapore, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
4.2 Security model (important)
Memoline uses a social-media-grade security model: your data is held in the cloud under strict access control. We access it only when it’s needed — for example, when you ask support to look into a problem — with your authorisation, and we log every access.
4.3 About co-written journals
When you create a co-written journal or invite someone into one, every member can read and write everything in it. You write it together. Invite only people you trust.
5. Disclosure of information
We never sell or rent your personal information. We disclose it only in these cases:
- To other members of a co-written journal, as set by your invitations and settings
- To our cloud provider, solely to host and process data under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, or to protect our rights and yours

7. Children's privacy
Memoline is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). If we find out we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. International users (GDPR / CCPA)
- EU users (GDPR) — you may access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing. Your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction; we protect it with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
- California users (CCPA) — you may ask what categories we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. Material changes are announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated policy.
